Monkey Box App Inc. does NOT provide subscription refunds, for any reason whatsoever, except:
1) If charge has been an administrative error of Monkey Box App Inc.. In this event we will correct the billing, which may include a refund.
2) If client/customer has been expressly offered a “trial”, “grace”, or other evaluation period, after which Monkey Box App Inc. expressly offered a refund if client/customer were to return the product or discontinue service.
3) If a service/subscriptions has been unreasonably delayed beyond 15 days by no fault of the client/customer, and client/customer would prefer to procure product or service elsewhere.
